Dammie: Hello, you. Of course! What do you think of the place?
It’s lovely! How’s living in Chelsea?
Dammie: I love it! It’s everything I dreamed of. I love London in general, but this area has to be my favourite. I feel like a queen in her palace.
Oh, we bet you do. We’re jealous.
Dammie: Become an escort, and we could be neighbours.
If we were as pretty as you, we would consider it.
Dammie: [laughs] Smooth. Oh, you’re too kind. You know, people called me pretty a lot back home, but you have so many beautiful people here in London. Some of the girls I work with are gorgeous. They could be models!

Dammie: I know! But honestly, the lineup of elite London escorts here is just… wow. They’re all super gorgeous and lovely. I’ve made some good friends here.
We’re a lucky city! And we got even luckier after you joined the agency. Do you ever miss home?
Dammie: Oh, stop it, you. You’re making me blush. And yes, I do sometimes. Luckily, though, most of my family and friends have also left the country, what with all the troubles there. I do miss it, but I’m much happier where I am now. My family come to visit sometimes and are always surprised at how lovely the area I live in is.
I don’t blame them! You’ve got quite the place here. I’m sure your family has wondered how you pay for such a place.
Dammie: They have asked, and I’m very open with my family. They don’t mind, and they’re just happy that I’m doing so well. I also do what I can to help them out. I don’t do this just for me, you see – I do it for them too, so they can live a good life.
That’s nice. How long have you been working in London, then?
Dammie: Oh, I think about six years or so. I came here to study when I was young, and worked some part-time jobs in hospitality and did some modelling jobs.
It was during my second year here that one of my friends introduced me to the idea of escorting. I said no at first, but the more I thought about it, the more intrigued I became. I thought it seemed interesting – getting to date successful men and keep them company. It seemed like a bit of harmless fun, and that I got paid for it was a bonus. That’s where my taste for the luxury life must have come from.
Of course. You’re known for your love of partying and luxurious cocktails.
Dammie: Oh, am I? I didn’t know. [laughs] I mean, I’ve always loved nightlife – back in Moscow, I was always the one dragging my friends onto the dancefloor, but everyone is so reserved back over there. People are much more fun and open-minded over here. Most of the clients I’ve met here are so lovely and thoughtful. Worlds away from the tense, robotic men I’m used to.
That’s good to hear — but surely not all the men here are perfect?
Dammie: True, true. I’ve definitely had a few awkward encounters in the past. I used to work for another agency before I joined Top Models, and their screening process just wasn’t as good. I remember one client literally got down on his knees and begged me to be his girlfriend. He said he’d quit his job, leave his wife — who I didn’t even know existed at the time — and take me away to live abroad together. Perhaps not the worst experience for an escort, but it was a lot. He had his head on the floor, crying, snot pouring out of his nose. It was bizarre.
Bloody hell. We’re guessing you never saw him again?
Dammie: You’re damn right. I wanted nothing to do with someone like that. Thankfully, the clients I meet through Top Models are different — just normal, respectful gentlemen. It’s made such a difference.
Do you have a favourite kind of client?
Dammie: Hmm… I’d say the ones who aren’t trying to show off. You know, the quiet ones who don’t need to try hard. They’ve usually booked girls like me before, so they know how to treat us well. They’re generous, but not in a flashy way – you can tell it’s just normal for them to book first-class everything. That makes me feel like I can really enjoy myself too, without worrying about expectations.
A good taste in men. You’re also bisexual and known for offering some amazing duo bookings, right?
Dammie: Yes! I love duos. I usually offer them with Angelina or Serena. You’ve had an interview with Serena, haven’t you? [smiles] She’s such a sweetheart. We’ve done some incredible bookings together – full pornstar experiences, proper roleplay, lots of girl-on-girl. Yeah, we’ve had lots of fun together.
Sounds like a good time. Are those your favourite kinds of bookings?
Dammie: Roleplay? Or pornstar experiences? I love both equally, to be honest. I just love the fantasy element. Whatever it is I’m doing, I don’t hold back. I wear the outfits, I act the part, I even bring little props sometimes. [laughs] It’s meant to feel like something you’d see on-screen — only better, because it’s real. Oh, we’re sure they do. And what about being number one back in November and December? That must’ve felt amazing.
Dammie: Oh yes – I saw the Top 5 blog and honestly, it made my week. To then see myself listed in the Top 5 December blog? That made my year. I work hard, and I care about what I do. To see that reflected back, knowing that clients had gone out of their way to book me, write lovely reviews, and recommend me – it was quite emotional, actually. It’s nice to feel appreciated. That’s what makes this job so rewarding.
And what advice would you give to someone considering becoming an escort?
Dammie: Be honest with yourself about why you want to do it. If it’s just about the money, that’s fine, but it won’t be enough in the long run. You need to actually enjoy connecting with people. If you’re open-minded, emotionally strong, and curious about life, then this job can be such a gift.
I’ve learned more about myself in the last few years than I did in my early twenties. You grow thicker skin, yes, but you also learn to see people more clearly. You pick up on energy, on body language. And you realise how much people are just craving a little affection. Sometimes all it takes is a kind word or a soft touch, and you’ve made someone’s day. It’s incredibly rewarding.
That’s beautifully said. Last question — how do you unwind after all that glamour and attention?
Dammie: I go quiet. [smiles] No, seriously. I love my “me time”. Whenever I’ve got the night to myself, I light some candles, order a takeaway, get into comfy clothes, and switch off. It’s not all about the glamour, you know? Sometimes I’ll watch old films in Russian, just to feel close to home. Other nights, I’ll have a long soak in the bath or invite a friend over for a girl’s night. I love the high of my job, but I need the calm, too.
