These Terms of Collaboration set out the professional standards and responsibilities for escorts representing the Top Models Agency.

By working with Top Models, you agree to uphold the professional standards and responsibilities set out in these Terms, while benefiting from the commitments and services provided by the agency.

1. Top Models Agency Commitments

What Top Models offers you, as an escort representing our agency:

• Representation and advertising to clients using our platform and online promotions. We adhere to the boundaries and services you set.
• Control over models personal privacy, choose a profile that is face-showing, face closed, or members only.
• Respectful and professional conduct from our team at all times, befitting the world’s leading VIP service.
• Client screening, ensuring every booking is verified and safe. We set the safety standards for the entire high class industry, especially for incall arrangements.
• Secure & guaranteed payments, usually by bank account. We can pay you for bookings through any major platform (paypal, online banking, crypto, etc).
• Confidentiality and protection of your sensitive information. Non disclosure agreements are provided for high profile models and celebrity escorts working with us.

2. Model Responsibilities

• Punctuality is essential. High end customers we are dealing with always have a busy schedule and may not tolerate delays.
• Professionalism is required at all times. For everyone’s safety it is forbidden to exchange numbers or any other contact information with the client.
• Staying adequate and not abusing alcohol and/or drugs for models’ safety and maintaining a professional image.
• Paying agency commission immediately or within 12 hours after the booking.
• Owning a Uk bank account or an alternative payment system (Wise, Revolut, Paysend)

3. Booking and Payment:

• All bank transfer payments and extensions must be made to the agency’s designated bank account. Model can NOT accept any bank transfers to her bank account.
• Model can accept cash only.

4. Legal Obligations

• The agency and models must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, those relating to prostitution and human trafficking.
• Fees are charged for model’s time only. Any other activities are result of an agreement of two consensual adults.
• The agency will not be liable for any illegal actions taken by the client or model outside of the scope of the collaboration.

By agreeing to these terms of collaboration, the agency and models agree to work together professionally and respectfully while maintaining the highest level of service provided.
