Speaking of work. Congratulations on being the most booked model at Top Models Agency! How does that feel?
Serena: [laughs] Why, thank you. Honestly? It still feels a little surreal. So many of the models I work with are just stunning, so I’m still not sure how it happened. It’s flattering… and, I’ll admit, a bit addictive. I must be doing something right!
Well, it’s clearly working. It’s been quite the journey — from debuting in our Most Popular Escorts in August blog to topping the list in April’s Top 5 Escorts.
Serena: I remember seeing that August blog and thinking, “Oh god, is this my fifteen minutes?” [Laughs] But honestly, it’s been lovely. Serena: Ooooh, then I’m definitely pouring myself a glass of white tonight. Maybe two, depending on where I’ve placed.
Let’s rewind a bit. How did you first get into escorting, and what surprised you the most?
Serena: Probably the same way a lot of girls do. It started as a side gig — just a way to earn some extra cash in between my very, very corporate day job. I won’t go into detail, but let’s just say I spent a lot of time staring at a computer screen and dreaming about anything that wasn’t a staff meeting.

Serena: Oh, it really wasn’t. But seriously, once I realised I was making more from a few escort bookings than I was in an entire month of office life, I had one of those mirror moments you hear about. I just thought, “Why am I dragging myself to a desk job when I could actually enjoy what I do and make good money doing it?”
And so you made the switch?
Serena: Not straight away. I’m cautious by nature, so I just started doing a couple of hours here and there in the evenings — sort of testing the waters. But it didn’t take long to realise how much I was enjoying it. The freedom, the fun, the clients, and of course, the income. Once I saw what life could be like on the other side, I handed in my notice pretty quickly.

Serena: Not quite. I started out working independently for a while, which was good in some ways — I had my regulars, and the flexibility was great. But promotion was a nightmare. I was spending more time trying to market myself than actually working, and it got tiring really fast.
So I joined a smaller agency in London for about six months. It was fine, but I wanted more from the job. More exposure, better clients, you know? That’s when I found Top Models — and honestly, I’ve never looked back.
What changed once you joined?
Serena: Everything. I didn’t have to worry about promoting myself anymore — the bookings just started coming in, and the clients were different too. More respectful, more generous, more… I don’t know, interesting. That’s when I realised this could actually be a long-term thing for me.
Did you feel nervous making it your full-time career?
Serena: Definitely. There’s always that voice in your head that says, “What if it doesn’t work out?” But I’ve always trusted my instincts, and they’ve never let me down. I just knew I didn’t want to live a life I’d settled for. And now, here I am — doing something I love, meeting amazing people, and getting paid for it. I’ve never once regretted the switch.

Serena: [Laughs] Oh, I think I do. You mean, “Do your friends and family know?” Is that the one?
Guilty.
Serena: That’s alright, it’s a fair question. Yes, they do. Well, my close friends and a few family members. I didn’t blurt it out over Sunday lunch or anything, but once I found my feet in the industry and felt confident about it, I slowly opened up. The reactions were… surprisingly calm, actually.
So no drama?
Serena: None worth writing home about. A few raised eyebrows. One family member was more curious than shocked — she’s still asking questions to this day. And my friends? Some were intrigued, a couple were jealous. I’ve even had some tell me that they were considering escorting. [Laughs] But no one’s ever made me feel ashamed of my choices. I think they can see I’m doing quite well, and that speaks for itself.

Serena: Oh, I noticed. Trust me.

Serena: Oh, there have been so, so many. If I had to name one that stands out, it was this beautifully planned evening at a penthouse overlooking the Thames. Candlelight dinner, string quartet, lots and lots of champagne… he really went all out. After the meal, we then went to Cirque Le Soir, and it was incredible. I had never heard of the place before then, so I wasn’t aware of how exclusive it was until I walked in. I saw so many famous faces in there! It was one of the best nights I’ve ever had.

Fair enough. On the flip side, what’s the most awkward date you’ve ever had?
Serena: Oh, that one’s easy. I’ll never forget it. This lovely, nervous guy booked me for a dinner date at his place – and he’d be cooking. Sweet, right? Could be cute, but it could also go terribly wrong.
Turns out he’d made a Full English breakfast for dinner. The whole greasy-spoon lineup. To be fair, I’ve had worse, but I was polite, said it was tasty (which it sort of was), and made a light joke about it being a bit of an unusual choice.
Well, that sent him into a full panic spiral. He kept apologising, thought I hated it, and actually got up to order a takeaway. I told him not to worry, that the food wasn’t the point, but he insisted. We went through so many takeaway menus and then spent an hour just waiting for delivery. By the time it arrived, my booking was almost up, and I had to leave. He looked genuinely confused, like he expected the night to just start then. Honestly, I left with absolutely no idea what just happened.
Wow. Poor guy.
Serena: Poor me, you mean!

Serena: Oh, so many things — and it’s rarely just about looks. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll never turn down a man with nice arms and a proper jawline. But it’s the little things that often win me over. Serena: Sitting in bed with a takeaway, watching the worst reality TV I can find. Something with love triangles and people shouting. It helps me switch off. I also love walking around the city with a coffee and no plans. Oh, and I 100% steal hotel toiletries. I’ve got a drawer full. It’s becoming a problem.
