We understand this may be less convenient for some clients, particularly as WhatsApp remains one of the most widely used messaging platforms across London and Europe. However, after careful consideration, we believe this change is in the best interests of both our clients and our agency.
Over the past year, WhatsApp has become increasingly restrictive towards agencies, resulting in several of our business accounts being suspended despite Top Models operating as a fully legal agency. To ensure our clients always have a reliable way to contact us, we’ve decided to move to a platform that offers greater stability.
Discretion has always been one of our highest priorities. By moving away from WhatsApp, we can provide a more consistent and dependable communication channel while continuing to handle every enquiry with the privacy and professionalism our clients expect.
This change also allows our booking team to spend more time assisting genuine clients. Unfortunately, our WhatsApp accounts attracted a significant amount of spam and time-wasting enquiries, which reduced the time available for personalised booking assistance. Using Telegram enables us to focus on serious enquiries and continue delivering the bespoke, concierge-style service Top Models is known for.
